| Dear children and grandchildren of those who participated
in Britain’s atmospheric nuclear testing programme.
We at the BNTVA’s Children’s Sub-Committee welcome your views, to
carry forward the legacy started by the BNTVA. As discussed at the
2008 AGM “it is hoped that this committee will in time take
over the Association as the membership gets older”. Therefore,
it is imperative that we ensure the legacy of the BNTVA continues
for the foreseeable future, and to ensure that your views, as children
and grandchildren, are fully representative.
We are fully aware that many members in the Association have more
than one child and more than one grandchild and we would be grateful
if you can all spare a few moments of your time to fill out the
questionnaire contained in this issue of Campaign so you can all
be part of the consultation process.
To keep costs down we would be grateful if photocopies of the questionnaire
could be made and distributed where necessary.
Please send postal replies to: Mrs Tracey Morris, 79 Mill Road,
Deal, Kent, CT14 9BA.
Telephone 01304 364726 for any questions that need any clarification.
Replies as e-mail attachements to: tm269@st-andrews.ac.uk
Please answer all questions as fully as possible on a separate sheet
of paper; we do understand if you miss any questions out. All replies
will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. We hope to report
our initial findings in the next issue of Campaign and a final analysis
of the consultation process and how we will proceed will be reported
at the AGM.
Again please do not hesitate to telephone, write or email if you
have any problems with any questions and again, we wish to thank
you for your time in completing the questionnaire.
Yours sincerely, The Children’s Sub-Committee
Now please follow this link to download
the questionnaire as a Word document - Thank you.
