Roll of Honour Entry Form
In order to submit a name to the BNTVA Roll of Honour you will need to fill in the following short form. Please note that your application will not be processed until we have verified your membership of the BNTVA. If you have not joined, you will need to use our membership information in order to do so. When this has been completed the information that you have submitted will be placed on the Roll of Honour. If we have been unable to verify your membership, the information that you submitted will be returned to you and removed from our systems.
Your submission will not appear on the Roll of Honour immediately. Names are placed there manually. This is to ensure that this list is not abused or improperly used. It can take several days for a submission to appear on the list. If you think that your entry has been misplaced or is misrepresented, please send a message to webmanager@bntva.com outlining the situation. Thank You.
