Roll of Honour Entry Form
In order to submit a name to the BNTVA Roll of Honour you will need to
fill in the following form. Please note that your application will not
be processed until we have verified your membership of the BNTVA. If you
have not joined, you will need to use our membership
information in order to do so. When this has been completed the information
that you have submitted will be placed on the Roll of Honour. If we have
been unable to verify your membership, the information that you submitted
will be returned to you and removed from our systems. You have the opportunity
to upload a picture for the Roll of Honour. This picture will need to
be in JPEG format, 100 pixels square and at 96 DPI.
Please ensure that you have this file ready somewhere on your computer
before starting to fill in this form and name the file with the name of
the veteran it represents.
Please complete as many fields as possible.
Your submission will not appear on the Roll of Honour immediately. Names are placed there manually. This is to ensure that this list is not abused or improperly used. It can take several days for a submission to appear on the list. If you think that your entry has been misplaced or is misrepresented, please send a message to webmanager@bntva.com outlining the situation. Thank You.
